10 cent voucher 1960, ser. Bb (version without the clause on the reverse) - MODEL
A rarer variation of the pattern from the first issue of 1960 vouchers, which was created due to the lack of proper zero-numbered patterns by making features on circulating pieces that exclude them from circulation - in this case a double perforation and a vertical MODEL stamp in black.
A nice piece, with typical features such as paperclip holes (separately, sets of cent and dollar denomination designs were stapled into booklets) and mild rust marks at this point.
Voucher confirmed by a solid PMG grading note, this is the 2nd max note in the PMG registry.
