Rare banknote - this is a specimen printed at the Thomas de la Rue printing house, with zero numbering, low mintage no: 017, with SPECIMEN and TDLR printer's checkout stamp printed on both sides diagonally (two stamps per side)., double-perforated banknote.
Attractive piece, confirmed by PMG's high grading note, additionally an EPQ annotation attesting to the exceptional quality of the paper, this is the 2nd Max note in PMG's register.
