Av.: Head of the Tsar to the right. In the rim: ALEXANDER I CESAR SA W ROS KING OF POLAND
Rw.: Crowned double-headed Russian eagle with Polish eagle shield against a background of ermine mantle. On the sides of the crown the date 18 - 22, at the bottom initials I-B (Jacob Benicke - administrator of the Warsaw mint). In the rim: 10 ZLOTYS - POLISH / OF STERLING SILVER

For this type of coin, a superbly struck and preserved piece. Plastic relief. Beautiful detail. Charming patina. Very high NGC grade. Only one piece scored higher. A sought after and valued item.
