Av.: Head of Frederick Augustus to the right. In the rim: FRID AVG REX SAX DVX VARSOV
Rw.: Under the crown, encircled by a wreath of palm branches, a two-field shield of arms with the coats of arms of Poland and Saxony. On the sides of the crown the date 18 - 12, at the bottom initials I - B (Jacob Benicke - administrator of the Warsaw mint). In the rim: AUREUS NUMMUS DUCAT VARSOV
Condition: NGC MS63
For this type of coin, a superbly struck and preserved piece. Beautiful relief. Beautiful detail. Intense luster and mint mirror. Mint condition confirmed by a very high NGC grade. This is the piece that received the highest NGC MS63 grade and is the only piece with such a grade. In this state of preservation, the coin is rare and difficult to find on the collector market. A beautiful piece for the best collections.
