Characteristic Kraków sixpence with bust of 1656 and mintmarks trillium and rosette on reverse.
Inscribed variety with the king's titular IO CASIM ... - REX P & S in the rim on the obverse and ... REG POL ... in the rim on the reverse.
On the obverse under the bust the letters I T (initials of Jan Tamm - minter of the Cracow mint).

Locally deficient, but a fully legible and decently preserved piece.
