Bustin profile to the right wearing laurel wreath and mantle. The epaulet with a masquerade in the form of a lion's head.
Variety with the coat of arms of Leliwa (Jan Andrzej Morsztyn - Great Treasurer of the Crown) in an oval shield dividing at the bottom with an obverse inscription on the reverse.
The rim of the crown above the shields of arms decorated with four jewels.
Between the shields of the coat of arms a trifoliate and a volute.
State of preservation: 3+
Defects in sheet metal, but a very nicely minted and preserved piece.
