Bustin profile to the right wearing laurel wreath and mantle. The epaulet with a masquerade in the form of a lion's head.
Variety with the coat of arms of Leliwa (Jan Andrzej Morsztyn - Great Treasurer of the Crown) in an arched shield dividing the obverse inscription at the bottom on the reverse.
The rim of the crown above the shields of arms decorated with five jewels.
Between the shields of the coat of arms a volute.
State of preservation: 3/3+
Circular, but well struck and nicely preserved piece. A rare variety. An attractive coin.
