Bust in profile to the right wearing laurel wreath and mantle. The epaulet with a masquerade in the form of a lion's head.
Variety with the Leliwa coat of arms (of Jan Andrzej Morsztyn - Great Treasurer of the Crown) in an oval shield dividing the obverse inscription at the bottom on the reverse.
Under the shields of the coat of arms initials T L B (Titus Livius Boratini - leaseholder of the Cracow mint).
Crown rim above the shields of arms decorated with four jewels.
Between the shields of the coat of arms a volute.
The clasp of the coat of arms in the form of a circle.

Circular, but a fully legible and decently preserved piece.
