Bust in profile to the right wearing a laurel wreath and armor covered with a cloak. With singularly outlined epaulettes. In the laurel wreath seven leaves.
Under the bust initials T L B (Titus Livius Boratini - lessee of the Bydgoszcz mint).
The coat of arms of Leliwa (Jan Andrzej Morsztyn - Great Treasurer of the Crown) in an oval shield is divided at the bottom by an obverse inscription on the reverse.
Crown rim above the shields of arms without jewels.
Between the shields of the coat of arms a volute.
Coat of arms shields decorated with additional volutes.
