Sigismund I the Old, Half-penny 1524, Vilnius - mirrored 4 - rare and beautiful
Variety with a Hound without a sword scabbard (hind legs short) on the obverse and an Eagle with top feathers pointing towards the Eagle's head (different number of feathers on the wings) on the reverse.

Inscription variant with the number 4 in the date in mirror image - rare.
Punctuation variant with a colon after LITVAN

Condition: 1-/2+
Minor scarcity in rim, but beautifully preserved coin. Plastic relief. Beautiful detail. Intense luster and mint mirror. Rare vintage. Rare inscription variety with mirror 4 in the date. In this state of preservation, the coin is rare and difficult to find on the collector's market. A beautiful piece for discerning collectors.
