Monogram type II (Marzęta) - very rare.
Coat of arms shield type 3 (Marzęta)
Liszka (mint mark of Otto von Meppen - mayor of Riga) to the left divides the obverse inscription on the reverse.
The full date 1609 completes the obverse obverse inscription.
Inscription variation with the king's title ending ... POLON in the rim on the obverse.

Locally deficient otolith, but beautifully preserved coin. Beautiful detail. Glossy, lots of mint mirror. Very rare monogram type. A beautiful piece of a very rare coin.
