Sigismund III Vasa, 1610 Shellac, Riga - 1610, error - very rare
Monogram type II (Marzęta).
Coat of arms type 3 (Marzęta)
Liszka (mint mark of Otto von Meppen - mayor of Riga) to the left divides the obverse inscription on the reverse.
The full date 1610 completes the obverse obverse inscription on the reverse.
Error - in the king's titulary a C instead of a G was struck - rare.
Curiosity - in the obverse obverse inscription in ...CIVI... the letter V was stamped twice.
Condition: 2
Unpunched and a bit off-center, but a nicely preserved piece. Very rare variety with type II monogram. An attractive coin.
