Variety with abbreviated date 1 - 7 on the sides of the royal monogram on the obverse and a large crown on the reverse.
Bogoria coat of arms (of Hieronim Vollovich - Grand Treasurer of Lithuania) under the shields on the reverse.
The mintmaster's mark "Arrow" (Johan Stippelt - mintmaster of the Vilnius mint), oriented perpendicular to the inscription, ends the obverse inscription on the reverse.
The inscription variant with the titular ... POL M D in the rim on the obverse and the inscription ... LITVA ... in the rim on the reverse.
Curiosity - a very interesting alteration of the punc of the letters C to the letters G by the acquisition of a square.
State of preservation: NGC MS65
An off-centered reverse, but a superbly struck and exquisitely preserved piece. Impressive detail. Knockdown luster and mint mirror all over. A very rare and underrated variety with ... LITVA and the "Arrow" mark perpendicular to the obverse inscription on the reverse. An exquisite piece for the finest collections.
