Coat of arms shield " in cap and with epaulettes". Additional decorations in the upper part (cap) and on the sides of the coat of arms shield (epaulettes) - rare.
Inscribed variety with the titular of the king SIGIS ... (16) ... PRV M in the rim on the obverse and ... NEC N SV ... in the rim on the reverse - rare and valued.
