Variety with simple coat of arms shields on the reverse and abbreviated date 1 - 4 on the sides of the royal monogram on the obverse.

Inverted letter E in REX - rarer.

Slightly off-center, but a superbly struck and preserved piece. Gloss and mint mirror throughout. Inverted letter E in REX. High NGC grade. An attractive coin.
