Sigismund III Vasa, Sixth of July 1596, Malbork - small head - curiosity
Bust of the king facing right.
Variety with distinctive bust with small head of the king.
Variety with the coat of arms of Lewart (Jan Firlej - Great Treasurer of the Crown) in the shield dividing the obverse inscription at the bottom on the obverse.
Curiosity - in the obverse obverse inscription instead of ... SEX ... stamped SEv, most likely the result of stamp wear.
State of preservation: 2+/1-
Minor scratches on the obverse and defects in the disc, but a beautifully minted and preserved coin. Beautiful detail. Mint gloss and mirror finish. A beautiful piece.
