Variety with the Lewart coat of arms in the shield and the initials I - F (Jan Firlej - Grand Treasurer of the Crown) on the sides of the shield on the left side, and the Radwan coat of arms in the shield and the initials S - C (Stanisław Cikowski - owner of the Bydgoszcz mint) on the sides on the right side. At the bottom between the shields a dot over the FS.
Inscribed variety with the titulature of King SIG III ... POLO M D L in the rim on the obverse and ... POLON 95 ... on the reverse.
