Larger bust in crown with tubular orifice and bow.
Variety with the Lewart coat of arms in the shield (of Jan Firlej - Grand Treasurer of the Crown) and the letter B (marking the Bydgoszcz mint) on the right and the abbreviated date 98 on the left side of the shield.
The inscribed variety with the king's titulature SIG III D - G ... PO M D L in the rim on the obverse.
Iger's undescribed juxtaposition of type stamps B.98.8, obverse B.98.5.d, reverse B.98.5.a,b
Error - in the obverse obverse inscription in the word ...PO... the letter O was punched with the letter X, punched PO/X - very rare.
State of preservation: 2
For this type a beautifully struck and preserved piece. A hybrid not described in Iger. Very rare PO/X punch. An attractive piece for specialized collections.
