Bust in crown with tubular orifice.
A hybrid with the coat of arms of Lewart (Jan Firlej, Grand Treasurer of the Crown) in the center and the letter F (the designation of the Wschowa mint) on the left and the abbreviated date 98 on the right side of the shield.
On the reverse, an inscription in two lines.
Inscription variety with the king's titular SIG 3 ... in the rim on the obverse.
