Bust in crown with tubular orifice and bow.
Variety with the coat of arms of Lewart (Jan Firlej - Great Treasurer of the Crown) in the shield and the letter B (marking the Bydgoszcz mint) on the right and the abbreviated date 99 on the left side of the shield.
Inscribed variety with the king's titulature SIG III D - G ... PO M D L in the rim on the obverse.

Double struck but beautifully preserved piece. Plastic relief. Beautiful detail. Intense luster and mint mirror. A beautiful coin.
