Variety with the coat of arms of Lewart (Jan Firlej - Grand Treasurer of the Crown) in the shield and the letter P (marking the Poznan mint) on the left and the abbreviated date 99 on the right side of the shield.
Inscribed variant with the titular of King SIG III ... PO M D L on the obverse.
Punctuation variant with crosses on the sides of the denomination + III + and dots on the sides of the letter P and the abbreviated date ∙ P : - ∙ 99 ∙
