Variety with the coat of arms of Lewart (Jan Firlej, Grand Treasurer of the Crown) in the center and the letter F (the designation of the Wschowa mint) on the left and the abbreviated date 99 on the right side of the coat of arms.
Inscribed variety with the king's titular SIG 3 ... in the rim on the obverse.
