Under the crown a five-field shield with the coats of arms of Poland, Lithuania and the Ciołek coat of arms (the Poniatowskis' coat of arms) in the center. The whole in a wreath of palm and oak leaves banded with a ribbon with the Order of the White Eagle.
In the rim the inscription: 14 1/12 EX MARCA PUR (6 - ZŁ) COLONIENS 1794
