Sigismund I the Old, Half-penny 1526, Vilnius - error, SICISMVNDI - rare
Variety with a Hound without a sword scabbard (hind legs short) on the obverse and an Eagle with top feathers pointing toward the Eagle's head (different number of feathers on the wings) on the reverse.
Error - ...SICISMVNDI... instead of ... SIGISMVNDI ... - rare.
State of preservation: 2-
Underbinding in the rim, but nicely preserved coin. Rare vintage. Rare error in the king's name - SICISMVNDI. Rare and difficult coin on the collector market.
