Banknote 100 zlotys 1940 , series B - the original banknote of the issuer - the Polish Bank of Issuing in Cracow.
Due to the fact that just this series (B) was massively counterfeited by the Polish resistance movement during the era, the issuer decided to abandon further production of 100 zloty 1940 banknotes of this series, and the original pieces of ser. B already put into circulation were withdrawn from circulation, hence encountering an original banknote of the B series today is not easy, and pieces in bank and circulating stocks are even difficult.
