On the obverse bust in profile to the right wearing a crown.
On the reverse a crowned shield of arms. Under the shield the denomination mark 18 and initials E - C (Ernest Dietrich Croll - mincmaster of the Leipzig mint).
Narrow bust with ribbed shoulder straps, sleeve section and ribbed ribbon of the Order of the Golden Fleece.
Crown fields of the obverse and reverse smooth with suspensions in the center fields.
Brooch of the clasp oval with a pearl border.
Reverse variant with eleven leaves.
Punctuation variant with a dot ending the obverse inscription on the obverse and with a dot after the date.

A very nicely struck and preserved piece. A rarer vintage. An attractive coin.
