Augustus III Saxon, Ort 1754 EC, Leipzig - beautiful
On the obverse bust in profile right crowned.
On the reverse a crowned shield of the coat of arms. Under the shield the denomination mark 18 and initials E - C (Ernest Dietrich Croll - mincmaster of the Leipzig mint).

Bust broad with
ribbed ribbon of theOrder of the Golden Fleece.
The crown fields of the obverse and reverse vertically ribbed with suspensions in the central fields.
Brooch of the clasp oval with three jewels.
Reverse variant with eight leaves.
Variation of punctuation without a dot ending the obverse inscription and without a dot after the date.

Condition: NGC MS64
A superbly struck and preserved piece. Plastic relief. Beautiful detail. Intense luster and mint mirror throughout. Mint condition confirmed by a very high NGC grade . In such a state of preservation, the coin is quite rare and quite difficult to obtain on the collector market. A beautiful piece for discerning collectors.
