Augustus III Sas, Ort 1754 EC, Leipzig - rare
Bust wearing crown and armor facing right on obverse.
On the reverse a crowned shield of arms. Under the shield the denomination marking 18 and initials E - C (Ernest Dietrich Croll - mincmaster of the Leipzig mint).
The bust with a plain section of the sleeve and a plain ribbon of the Order of the Golden Fleece.
The zapony brooch is oval with a pearl border.
Rivet heads on the breastplate and colons between the armor rings.
Reverse variant with eight leaves.
Variation of punctuation without a dot ending the obverse inscription and with a dot after the date.

Minor local scarcity and minor scratches, but a beautifully preserved piece. A rare variety. An attractive coin.
