Bust wearing crown and armor facing right on obverse.
On the reverse a crowned shield of arms. Under the shield the denomination mark 18 and initials E - C (Ernest Dietrich Croll - mincmaster of the Leipzig mint).
The bust with a plain section of the sleeve and a plain ribbon of the Order of the Golden Fleece.
The zapony brooch is oval with a pearl half border.
Reverse variant with eight leaves.
Variation of punctuation without a dot ending the obverse inscription on the obverse and with a dot after the date.

Minor local scarcity, but a beautifully preserved piece. Rarer and prized bust in armor. An attractive coin.
