On the obverse bust in profile in profile to the right wearing a crown.
On the reverse a crowned shield of arms. Under the shield the denomination mark 18 and initials E - C (Ernest Dietrich Croll - mincmaster of the Leipzig mint).
Bust wide. Oval brooch with three jewels.
Variety of the reverse with eight leaves.
Crown fields of obverse and reverse vertically ribbed.
Different decoration of crown rims on obverse and reverse.
Condition: NGC MS63
A superbly struck and preserved piece. Gloss and mint mirror throughout. High NGC grade. A beautiful coin.
