On the obverse bust of the king in profile to the right. In the rim an inscription divided at the top by a crown.
On the reverse a crowned shield of the coat of arms. On the sides the denomination I - 8 and the letters A - T (initials of Andrzej Tymf - leaseholder of the Cracow mint). In the rim, the inscription divided at the top by a crown, and at the bottom by the Ślepowron (Jan Kazimierz Krasiński - Great Treasurer of the Crown) coat of arms.
Inscription variant ... MONE ... POL ... on the obverse.

Minor sheet metal defects. Very nicely minted and struck and preserved coin.
