Bust of the king with head facing right with lined collar.
Renaissance shield with the coat of arms of Gdansk supported by two lions on the reverse.
Variety with inscription not going over the crown on the obverse.
The bear's paw in the shield (the mintmaster's mark of Daniel Klüwer - tenant of the Danzig mint) and the ornament begin the obverse inscription on the reverse.
Punctuation variant with colon and rosette ending the obverse obverse inscription.

A beautifully struck and preserved piece. Plastic relief. Beautiful detail. Intenseluster and mint mirror throughout .High NGC grade. In this state of preservation, the coin is quite rare and quite difficult to obtain on the collector market. A beautiful piece for discerning collectors.
