Renaissance shield with the coat of arms of Gdansk supported by two lions on the reverse.
Variety with inscription not going over the crown on the obverse.
The bear's paw in the shield (the mintmaster's mark of Daniel Klüwer - tenant of the Danzig mint) and the ornament begin the obverse inscription on the reverse.
Punctuation variant with colon and rosette ending the obverse obverse inscription.

A superbly minted and preserved piece. Beautiful relief. Excellent detail. Gloss and mint mirror on the entire surface. In such a state of preservation, the coin is rare and difficult to get on the collector market. A beautiful piece for discerning collectors.
