Bust of the king with undulating orifice.
Variety with the Lewart coat of arms (of Jan Firlej, Grand Treasurer of the Crown) in the bottom and initials I - F on the sides of the shield and Melchior Reysner's monogram without border on the right side of the shield.
Variety with abbreviated date 97 at the end of the inscription in the second line on the reverse.
Inscription variety with the king's titular SIG 3 D G - REX P M D L in the rim on the obverse.

Slightly deficient, but beautifully preserved piece. Good detail. Charming patina. Gloss and lots of mint mirror. A rarer variety. An attractive coin.
