Bust wearing crown with fan-shaped orifice.
Variety with the full date 1598 without the letter L (Lublin mint mark) on the reverse.
Condition: 1-/2+
Slight nicking of the reverse (under the sheaf). Slightly deficient and double struck, but a beautifully preserved piece. Good detail. Intense luster and mint mirror. Very rare portrait type. Beautiful presentation. An attractive coin.
