On the obverse bust in profile to the right wearing a crown.
On the reverse a crowned shield of the coat of arms. Under the shield the denomination mark 18 and initials E - C (Ernest Dietrich Croll - mincmaster of the Leipzig mint).
Bust wide with ribbed ribbon of the Order of the Golden Fleece. Oval brooch with three jewels.
Variety of the reverse with eight leaves.
Crown fields of the obverse and reverse vertically ribbed with suspensions in the center fields.

State of Preservation: NGC MS64
Minor sheet imperfections and run-out, but a beautifully preserved piece. Plastic relief. Beautiful detail. Mint gloss and mirror finish. Mint condition confirmed by a very high NGC grade. Piece for discerning collectors.
